Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Reality Services of Spokane, Inc through our website. By ordering posts, repairs or removals through our website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the Guideless for additional suggestions and helpful hits.
- Orders must be submitted by 5:00 pm PT to be installed the following business day within Spokane County. Please contact us if your post is not installed within 2 business days.
- Please contact us or consult the seasonal routing schedule to determine when we can accommodate an out-of-area installation.
- Repair of damaged signs: If riders are damaged and need to be replaced we will charge for the new riders.
- Each post order is for a specific location. The charge is for the rental of the post, for a specific agent, for a period of up to 6 months. Do not remove posts on your own to place them elsewhere. If you move the post to another location, we reserve the right to remove it and/or bill you for an additional post location.
- Flyer boxes must be ordered with your post order. Requests for installation of a flyer box after the post is installed will incur additional charges.
Statements
Each month you will receive a statement that will show the charges for the previous month, as well as the post removals. If there is a billing error please call us and we will correct it. Also, let us know if the spelling of your name or the address is incorrect. Our goal is to have all aspects of the billing process as accurate as possible.
Payment
Payments must be made within 30 days of the statement date. If your payment will not be made on-time, please call us immediately. If your statement is not paid before the next billing statements are mailed, that invoice will be stamped with “past due” as a reminder. We will not install new posts for accounts that are 30 days past due (60 days past statement date). We reserve the right to remove unpaid posts for accounts that are not paid within 90 days of the statement date and your account may be sent to collections.
Payment Processing
We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Visa and Mastercard payments should be made over the phone or in person.
Out-of-Area Installations
See seasonal routing schedule for details on current out-of-area installations. Please contact us if you would like us to send a copy to you.
There is no additional charge to install posts within Spokane County. Installations outside of the county limits will incur a minimum $20.00 travel charge. Please contact us to determine the specific charge. Our routes for different areas vary by season so please check with us prior to scheduling an out of area installation.
Sold Signs
If you would like us to install a sold sign, we will charge for the sign and travel time. If you install your own please use staples only. If you use nails or other methods it often damages the post.
Incorrect Installation
Once in a while a sign is installed at the wrong address. If this happens please contact us immediately and we will correct it. We will also send a letter of apology to the owners if you wish.
